Sandpoint Idaho
Round Lake State park, the trip North, the family reunion, whatever name it should be tagged under, it was definitely an event. This year, for some reason that I can’t put my finger on, it was different. It was fun and everyone had a good time and we played poker for three days, but yet it was just different…the feel of the whole thing seemed more like it was geared to neutral than in years past. Check out this beauty
There’s a wonderful skin caressing breeze tonight, just enough of a wild feel to it to make me want to go out and bathe in this beauty:
The dull roar
Either I haven’t been home long enough or I’m just a lousy time manager because I’m still a bit time stressed and have too much to do. I wonder about people that go home from work and ‘kill time’. How? Time doesn’t need to be killed, it spins off relentlessly, taking its toll on everything, and eventually kills us. Continue reading The dull roar
Home
I pulled into Vegas around 3 p.m. Had things to pick up at the old digs and had to see my buddy Riot. He had a tiz because he couldn’t come to grandmom’s today. I made the new digs by around 6 and managed to get level, unhitched, hooked up, and I’m not even crawling. I think I died a few hours ago. Sure there are gaps that need to be filled in. check back.
Missoula Montana
I made it to the place that poker originally happened…for me anyway. It’s chilly. I have no idea what the temperature is outside. I’m sitting in the coach, generator running, motosat locked onto some satellite in the sky, doing a bit of website work before I make the final leg into Sandpoint ID. Continue reading Missoula Montana
Dirt!
Since I’m hitching up either tomorrow night or Friday a.m. and heading north and I can’t stand to go three weeks without seeing Riot, he came out to spend a few days with granny. He arrived Monday around noon. Continue reading Dirt!
Home ground
Kinda funny. Living in an RV is one of those surreal circumstances were you just hitch up, move out, and wake up to your digs the same as they were when you were miles away. That’s what happened yesterday. In my last post I said I’d be in Vegas until I left for the trip north…what a fibber. I woke up in Pahrump today…no…not in one of the houses. Continue reading Home ground
Pahrump is waiting
I’m out the door in 10 – back out to the new future digs. It’s been a crazy kind of ride but not as crazy as some moves I’ve made or according to what a lot of humanity goes through when they purchase a place. Continue reading Pahrump is waiting
Scary Kids Scaring Kids????
I thought I’d make it back yesterday with a lengthy post of the noise of life and all the things that are speeding straight into my forehead like there’s a target painted on it. I wasn’t. I’m not even going to get to it now. Tonight is Kayanna’s last night in Las Vegas this trip and we had an invite to go to the House of Blues and watch a few bands do their stuff. We took it. It was a bit of fun, a bit of insanity, a bit of a look at entertainment as I know it not.
