If you’ve outgrown the ‘kid’ in Christmas, please revisit your past.  In my world Christmas is lived on a daily basis, I give a gift when I see something I would really like to give to someone – any day of the year. Whether you believe in Christmas or not, enjoy the day and spread your own internal table with a calm setting that glows of background light and energy.  Take the time to feel your inner being and enjoy the insight and strengths you’ve gained over the years.  Pat yourself on the back for building a better tomorrow, for being able to look back at your past and know it was a set of stepping stones designed to take you to where you are now, for being able to forgive yourself for mistakes you’ve made and being able to forgive those that may have made your life difficult at times.  Continue reading Merry, Merry

Merry Christmas

Obviously Christmas began as the day of birth of Jesus Christ, a time to rejoice in the birth of a Savior.

Its entire meaning has become more and more tarnished since the 60’s and 70’s.  There was a time that people handcrafted items and put their heart, sometimes their back, their love, and their pride into spending time with family and friends and exchanging something more than a gift.  They exchanged life with each other – life filled with joyous wishes for the day and for the coming years, gave thanks, and celebrated the birth of life.  Continue reading Merry Christmas
