Right? Right! I just can’t seem to make it most days lately. And to top it off, I have no desire to pen right now. Desire is the biggest part of this for me, and it ain’t happening.
So here’s a quick run down of not much:
*I’ve had to make too many trips into Vegas as of late and that knocks a huge chunk out of my day on each one.
*I’m more than amazed at all the flack that’s flying around about Full Tilt Poker and the DoJ and Groupe Bernard Tapie and the deal that may or may not be on any given day. I was even more startled when I read Barry Greenstein’s admission that he owed FTP in the neighborhood of $400K.
The fact that players loan and borrow all the time doesn’t surprise me. I’ve witnessed it too many times when I was in the box and also heard stories from players and dealers and somewhere along the way, you just know it happens all the time – it’s part of the game.
*I’m not thrilled with any of our choices for president.
*PokerWorks started a new category – The Inside Shuffle. It’s a nice little collection of news with links to the full story. You can subscribe to it by going to the main page and scrolling down to the subscription box on the right. Please do.
*I have to be in Vegas in the morning and I’m tired right now just thinking about it. If I’m not asleep within an hour, I’ll be even tireder when I wake up and think about it.
*One of the benefits to where I live:
And on that note, I’ll try not to dream about poker or any of the players. G’nite!
