Order of Posting Changed

I had planned a post today on the Agassi Charity Tournament – with pictures – and got nowhere, for one thing I’m being FAP-ed again by my satellite connection (Fair Access Policy).  I haven’t exceeded useage in the time restriction zone but I have 3 pcs and they all apparently need a Window’s update and 14 things at the same time, so my connection keeps going straight to hell.

I don’t have the pictures resized or uploaded to the server anyway and I’m irritated so I want to spew about it.  It’s a beef with PokerStars and the people who have answered my feeble attempts at conveying a point are beyond my scope of communication…my recourse is to post the entire email thread here.

Please note that the same tech answered my first and last email and used the perfect word for the way I felt – but incorrect word for what they were trying to relate…it is in red.  And yes, I really am irritated as hell over the whole thing.  It’s just like the damn satellites to satellites into the WSOP on PokerStars, all the low limit ones are turbo – 5 minute blind levels – why don’t they just shake the dice and let the one person advance from each table?  Kee-rist!

Start at the bottom and read up!!!

Hello Linda,

Thank you for your email.

Your feedback surrounding this feature is not only welcomed, but has also
been forwarded to our management team for review. You have not been the only
player to contact us with these concerns, so rest assured that they are
being taken very seriously.

The fact remains that this feature did run effectively. Again, we understand
your point of view and concerns, but it does not mean that the feature
itself is malfunctioning.

We would be happy to assist you with any connection issues you might have
with regard to our site. I can assure you that we have not had any server
connection issues that would have affected your play. If you would like our
technical staff to assist you, do not hesitate to let us know.

As a side note, we are looking into better ways of implementing them to our
events based on your resent opinions. Keep in mind that implementing a
change takes time, unfortunately changes of this nature can not be done over
night. We are working on improving the late registration to ensure a
friendlier game for our players in regard to the balancing of the
tables, and until then we ask for both your patience and understanding.

Thank you for your comments. If there is anything else we may help you
with, please let us know.

Regards,

Vielka
Shift Supervisor
PokerStars Support Team
