Those two girls came through like true champions yesterday. Mom did her part superbly and baby Katelyn celebrated her day of birth, debuting in at 6 pounds 6 ounces, 19 inches long, and upheld the world standard that babies are the coolest things on Earth. She was in granny’s arms a few hours later, and I got to experience her first sneeze while holding her. Here we are, I’m much more impressed with her than she is with me, and I’m off to work on impressing her a little a more today.
