That’s how I’m looking at it. Pun intended. I will crawl out at the ungodly hour of 4 a.m. so I can hit the road for Vegas by 5:15 a.m. Hoping that I don’t have to wait for hours for the surgery, the paperwork says one can expect to wait up to 4 hours. For REALS?
Here’s hoping it doesn’t roll that way. It’s cataract removal day on the right eye. I’ve been dosing the 4 drops a day of the eye drops (two of them) and start with a 3rd one tomorrow after surgery.
Marie is coming to get me after the surgery — hey, what are friends for if you can’t use them. Then we’re going to Marie and Gary’s new digs, and hopefully lunch with Sylvia, Carole, Marie, me, and possibly Gary. Then I have to go see the surgeon that did the cataract surgery before I head out of Las Vegas later in the p.m. Yuppers, Marie is taking me their too. Yippee! I won’t be driving until late in the day when I head home.
I spent some of the day catching up with work I needed to do and now I’m heading for my massage chair and a movie, and hopefully sleep by about 9. I never seem to sleep when I know I have to get up for something…sure hope I can break that jinx tonight.
So…I’m out of here. I’ll let you know how I see it in the next few days…I hope it’s a very clear picture.
