I went under the knife…as they say. Still kicking along out here in the desert, body rest and repair going on, can’t wait to finish painting the exterior of my house but I will wait at least one more week for the 6 week mark after surgery. And also try to dodge some frisky weather we may be having.
We had a great, gentle rain about 10 days ago. It lasted for 2-3 days. My weather-watching neighbor, Amy, has informed me that we could have the same weather this weekend. I like the rain so…
Away from my small section of life…
I like to go catch up on The Instagram King’s life. Dan Bilzerian. I can’t help but chuckle when I read some of the stuff and all of his talk about pussy and getting some makes me wonder how come his dick isn’t worn off into a small nub by now. Maybe he doesn’t get THAT much…maybe he gets more. The point is, he’s like a rebel without a cause, always ready to flaunt his lack of disciplines when it comes to the standards that most of society lives by, including a couple chicks in the hay a day (or more), guns, guns, guns, stacks of cash laying all over, pets, pets, pets, and a general “I don’t give shit what the rest of you think, so stuff this up your nose and deal with it!” attitude.
So how did he manage to end up in jail in LA recently? And of course, superstar attorney David Chesnoff had him out the door on the street in a heartbeat when he was held without bail. There’s a News Flash on it that will take you to the full story.
On Chesnoff, I dealt to him off and on way back when…he used to come in and sweat Chip Reese now and then too (probably to talk business of some type), and I always liked him. He was there to play and cheerful about it, never got stressed out over the game, and dealer friendly. I really like those type of players. But Chesnoff’s reputation as a criminal defense attorney gets stronger every day.
A note of interest on Chesnoff, he was also Phil Ivey’s attorney when his ex-wife Luciaetta filed charges when she believed Phil and two lawyers conspired against her in the divorce settlement. Chesnoff is also representing Paul Phua who was caught in an illegal World Cup Betting Raid this last summer and guess who helped post bail to get them out of the slammer??? Phil Ivey, of course.
Back to Bilzerian, he has to face a Clark County court for arraignment in January on the charges that got him arrested when his private jet landed in L.A.
Now Bilzerian is being sued for ‘allegedly’ kicking a woman in the face in a nightclub in Miami.
He’s starting to sound like many of the high limit players I used to deal to…the rules do not apply to them. But I do think most of his antics are funny, and one of the reasons he cracks me up is because he has to spend a horrific amount of time every day just getting the pictures set up before taking them — and of course, he’s got a reputation to uphold so now everything has to be one step bigger than the one he took yesterday.
Next thing you know, he’ll be running for president and probably get elected.
Wrap your brain cells around that one.
