the temperature is perfect for an early a.m. stroll – evening to some of us – and that’s what I just did. I had to wait for the Window’s Service Pack for Vista to download and install anyway. The warning message on the service pack was ‘don’t even think about using your computer while this is going on’ so I didn’t.

I’m still trying to shed about 30 lbs. of baby fat – hell I was never a fat baby but I sure am now. I took some time yesterday to spend hearing the Wii Fit board do its, “U-ohhh” when I stepped on it. Clearspine, ain’t it the greatest. I love the damn thing. And I punched out a lot of little Miis in the boxing game. And I love to watch my Granny Mii when she clears the ski jump. She jumps in the air and a does a kewl little fist pump. Sweet!

And the braces are still on but I can touch my tooth without feeling like it’s coming out. Nice! About two more weeks of this and I should have a halfway decent smile again…teeth instead of a blob of wax. I’ve found out from talking to Meth users that they knew all about the rolls of wax for teeth…you figure it out. *shudder*

We have some great tournament reporting going on from the WSOP and it’s the people side of poker more so than the stats and chip count side of it. Honestly, if you want that info, the best place to stay on top of the poker news world is PokerNews for up to the minute live reporting.
