JUST KIDDING! It’s always about something. The Bloggers are coming to town!! There will be screaming and yelling and noisy drinking…a lot, throw in some poker and other crazy gambling bets, a bunch of fun, and the whole fling thing will be a complete success. I rarely keep up with the crowd, or have a desire to really, but I totally enjoy seeing them, playing poker with them, and having the opportunity to be part of the noise and fun. The tournament starts on Saturday – at the Venetian – some of the festivities start tonight.

On Chip Reese. Going back about five or six years ago, while dealing a $30-60H game at Bellagio, David Grey approached the table and spoke to an attractive blond woman that was playing in the game. She had apparently dated Chip Reese somewhere in the past and the conversation turned to her and poker playing and Chip. David asked her if Chip taught her to play poker. She replied, “Yes. He taught me everything I know about poker. Unfortunately, he didn’t teach me everything he knows about poker.”

I had an electric heater running in the coach last night – blew something…ugh! One of the breakers seems to be b-r-o-k-e in the breaker box…won’t stay ‘on’ so I’ll be doing errands. One of the errands is to run the Onan for a few hours and do an oil change on it. Life is full of maintenance. Keeping your generator well oiled and in good working condition applies to a lot of areas of life. I’m on my way. 🙂
