This Thursday, 2/1/07, a special “Special Event” tournament to help one of their own, Dennis Jackson, starts at 5 p.m.at The Mirage poker room. Limit Holdem $130 buy-in with unlimited $40 rebuys during the first hour. The prize pool will award 50% to the Jackson family, 25% to the winner, 15% to 2nd place, and 10% to third place. This is a semi-silly question, since I won’t be in Vegas anytime soon, but it might be helpful to tell why Dennis needs the dough. If nothing else, it might bring in people who can sympathize or relate.
Unfortunately, I don’t know. I believe he is quite ill. It may be on a need to know basis, if they tell me, they’ll have to kill me. *joke*
