Fun Things!

Hey kids, PokerWorks has a newsletter available that brings you – obviously the damn news – but the latest articles that have gone up on the site, each day.  You get the newsletter, you see an article you want to check out, click on it and BOOM!  You are directed right to it.  Sign up for the newsletter on the bottom right of the PokerWorks main page.  I subscribed to it and today I got my first newsletter.  Yippee!

If you haven’t been to the PokerWorks Forum, you are missing out.  If you read an article at PokerWorks and want to leave a comment on it, scroll to the bottom of the article, register or log-in, and leave your comment.  the comment goes directly to the forum where you and others from around the world will be able to access it, read, cuss and discuss.  There’s a great article on managing your ego and your bankroll at the same time by Clearspine and a thread in the forum on that article.  Take a read, join in, we’d love to hear from you.  There’s even a section in the forum that is hidden to a registered user unless they are given privileged access.  It is a section created specifically for bloggers, yes, it’s still alive and well but lonely because I never managed to get enough interest from bloggers to join it.  If you are a blogger and want access, just register in the forum and send me your registered user name and password, I’ll give you access.  geenen ‘at’ pokerworks.com.

Our PokerWorks bi-weekly HORSE tourney will kick off this Sunday, the 2nd of October, get ready to play.  No lame excuses for not being there.  Just get ready, mark the date, all the info will be published soon.

And on a personal note.  In July 1969, my 2nd husband died.  On October 28th, 1969, I had our son.  Happy Birthday JOSH!  I love you so much!  Thanks for sharing life with me as we search our memories and hold the best ones up to twinkle in the sunlight, and look forward to more tomorrows.  You are one great treasure Son.  God bless, long life, happy thoughts, bright sunrises and golden sunsets.  *water glass clinks*
