You can’t take pictures in the poker room!!!!

Kee-rist! Like are we taking random pictures of just anyone sitting around the room that doesn’t want to be photographed? No! Do we want pictures of just anyone sitting around the poker room? NO-O-O-O! We want pictures of us, our insaniac group of bloggers that are gathering to say “Hey, great to see you again!”, have a hug or two, and a drink or three, and play – play the the weekend away in Sin City!

Instead of taking a ton of pictures, I made a few digital movies. Obviously there are people that never want to be photographed and if they are caught in the mess of my messing, bummer in your summer, Baby, cause you’re in. But being in with the in crowd ain’t an awful thing.

PokerPeaker had no problem with this but Mr. Subliminal was trying to do the fast fade out of sight:

Out of every movie I’ve ever made, the one thing that stands constant is that I’m usually always giggling or laughing in the background. It’s just a thing with me.

I have no idea what this kid’s name is, or his blog address, but I definitely liked the video:

I also sent him down the road when he couldn’t get away from A-K on a flop of 7-3-3 and I pushed all-in with 9-7C.

Well…my poker play leaves a lot to be desired. I admit to being bothered the most by having Miami Don moved to my table after a few hours. Don was sitting on my right. He plays a lot and is much more experienced and capable of playing NLH than I am…obviously a lot of people are. But for some reason I felt a lot more pressure with him being in the game. I think to visit the PokerWorks forum soon and post about some of the hands I played just for feedback purposes.

Of course I’m chuckling in this one too. AlCan’tHang and BobbyBracelet:

I don’t know how I would have hit stop on the camera when I did but it left me half sentence. I’ll leave it at that, you guess what the rest of it was. Al is always one of my super favorites and the blogging meets are a great opportunity to get a hug and enjoy being pals. Thanks, Al!

Bobby’s done gone and got a girlfriend. He was such a chatty cathy when I saw him at MGM, and we played next to each other in the Mixed Game as he blew through Falstaff’s chips – after Mr. Subliminal blew off a bunch of them to me the hand before. HAAAAA HAAHAHAHA! Sorry, couldn’t help myself there. Falstaff should know better than to let another blogger play his chips…just kidding!

I have to go. I’ll be back with more WPBT updates later.

  1. Well, I’ve talked it over with Glenda. Your hat isn’t quite right but the cackle sold us. You have the part of Elphaba in our upcoming production of Wicked. Congratulations!

  2. Nice seeing you again Linda. And thanks for outing me as a chatty cathy. I may never live that down.

I didn’t look nearly as drunk as I was.

  3. It was pleasure seeing you again Linda, and thanks for chatting it up with me and Bobby in the food court.

I also was much more drunk then I appeared.
